10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday:
11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday and holidays:

4. At the box office at the event location:
The box offices open one hour before the start.
Pick up your reserved tickets 30 minutes before the start.
If you arrive late, you will not be admitted.
Some events are different.
You cannot buy tickets for these at the theater box office.
You can only buy tickets online.
Or you can buy them on the evening of the event directly at the location.
The Kunst-Fest has a festival center this year.
The festival center is located in the Lichthaus.
The Lichthaus is on the e-Werk grounds.

There is a free cultural program.
