Reading of the prominent film actor from his debut novel

Munich, the eighties: Marc grows up in the semi-detached housing estate. He wants to break out, become an actor, conquer the world. The world is already at the feet of his friend, the industrialist's son Roy - actually Robert. The two dream and hope, grow closer to each other, but also into a glamour world that meets in the noble disco »Roxy«. They celebrate existence. With his acclaimed novel »Roxy«, star actor Johann von Bülow makes his debut as an author, attracting as much atten- tion for his TV roles in »Tatort«, »Polizeiruf« or »Mord mit Aussicht« as for his major feature film roles in films by Hans-Christian Schmid (»Nach fünf im Urwald« ), Oliver Hirschbiegel (»Elser - Er hätte die Welt verändert«) or Stefan Schaller (»Aus der Haut«). He was most recently a guest at the Kunstfest Weimar as part of the »NSU Prozess Reenactments« in summer 2021.
